Filters how fun. For this picture I used two filters Texture-masonic tiles and brush strokes-accented edges. I also used the liquify option: brush size 354, density 100, rute 80, turbulent jitter 50, reconstruct mode revert, mode stiff, mesh size medium, mesh color green, mask color blue.

Again I agree about the colors on this photo they are very analogous and the artsy quality works really well!
